Tom is the Managing Director of Curwen-Walker Lawyers and a highly experienced family law litigator and negotiator.Prior to joining Curwen-Walker Lawyers, Tom practised exclusively in family law in Ballarat and the Northern Territory. Before his admission as a solicitor, he worked in the judicial chambers of the Family Court of Australia and served as a Deputy Registrar in the Magistrates’ Court of Victoria, roles which provided him with substantial insight into judicial processes and court administration.

Tim Joined the team at Curwen-Walker Lawyers in March 2023 whilst completing his Diploma in Legal Practice. Throughout his career, Tim has demonstrated a passion for justice and public service. Tim is a dynamic lawyer with a diverse background including significant experience in politics. Tim’s legal expertise, combined with his political acumen, has earned him a reputation for being a skilled advocate and a strategic thinker.
Tayla Honey

Tayla joined the team at Curwen-Walker Lawyers in August 2025. Tayla graduated from Monash University in 2025 with a Bachelor of Laws. Tayla assists executors and beneficiaries in navigating the probate process following a death, providing clear advice and practical guidance at each stage to ensure estates are administered efficiently and in accordance with the law.
Howard Wang

Howard joined the team at Curwen-Walker Lawyers in April 2025 after receiving a Juris Doctor from the University of Melbourne. During his studies, Howard gained extensive work experience across community legal centres, non-profits, and law firms. Working closely with families and young people, Howard has cultivated a client-centred approach that focuses on respect and empathy.
Stacey Harris

Prior to joining Curwen-Walker Lawyers, Stacey worked within the mining industry in the Northern Territory. During her time in the mines, she gained valuable office, people, and accounts management knowledge.Stacey has joined Curwen-Walker lawyers with over 10 years of office management experience. As part of her role, Stacey effectively manages the firm’s accounts, and any issues that may arise in relation to the running of the practice, and ensures a smooth day-to-day operation.
