Tom Sullivan

Tom is the Managing Director of Curwen-Walker Lawyers and a highly experienced family law litigator and negotiator.
Prior to joining Curwen-Walker Lawyers, Tom practised exclusively in family law in Ballarat and the Northern Territory. Before his admission as a solicitor, he worked in the judicial chambers of the Family Court of Australia and served as a Deputy Registrar in the Magistrates’ Court of Victoria, roles which provided him with substantial insight into judicial processes and court administration.
Tom has extensive experience across all aspects of family law and has acted in significant and complex matters before both the Family Court of Australia and the Federal Circuit Court of Australia. He has particular expertise in complex farming matters within the family law jurisdiction, including the provision of strategic advice regarding the structuring of the farming holdings and the resolution of equitable claims involving the children of farming families.
