Tom is the Director of Curwen Walker Lawyers and has broad experience in family law and has worked on significant complex matters in both the Family Court of Australia and the Federal Circuit Court of Australia.

Tim Joined the team at Curwen-Walker Lawyers in March 2023 whilst completing his Diploma in Legal Practice.
Throughout his career, Tim has demonstrated a passion for justice and public service. Tim is a dynamic lawyer with a diverse background including significant experience in politics. Tim’s legal expertise, combined with his political acumen, has earned him a reputation for being a skilled advocate and a strategic thinker. Tim is solutions-oriented and prides himself on providing creative solutions to complex problems. Outside of his professional life, Tim enjoys quiz shows, renovating, and spending time with his family.

Stacey has joined Curwen-Walker lawyers with over 10 years of office management experience.
As part of her role, Stacey effectively manages and facilitates resolutions with regard to issues that may arise in relation to the running of the practice and ensures a smooth day-to-day operation of both Curwen Walker Lawyers offices in Ballarat & Creswick.
